Reporting, calls, ticket writing, migration cover and the monthly document are part of the retainer. We do not bill for time spent explaining our own work.
Paid media, photography, video production and third-party software licences are quoted separately and billed at cost. Where a tool is only needed for your account, the licence is bought in your name.
Ninety days’ notice on either side, no annual lock-in. Accounts, content, placements and documents are yours from the day they are created, and nothing is withheld at the end of a contract.
