Use of this website

The content here is provided for information. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and figures quoted in case studies describe past accounts rather than a forecast for yours. We may change the content at any time without notice.

Engagement and fees

  • Work begins once a written contract is signed and the first invoice is settled.
  • Fees are quoted excluding VAT and invoiced monthly in advance.
  • The audit fee is credited in full against the first monthly invoice if a retainer follows.
  • Invoices are payable within fourteen days.

Notice

Retainers roll monthly with ninety days’ notice on either side. There is no annual lock-in and no exit fee. Work in progress at the point notice is served is completed and delivered within the notice period.

Ownership

Accounts, documents, drafts, tickets and placements created for you are your property from the moment they are created and are handed over in full at the end of a contract. We retain the right to describe the work in anonymised form unless the contract says otherwise.

What we do not promise

Search results are decided by third parties. We do not guarantee positions, traffic volumes or revenue, and any agency that does is quoting something it does not control. We commit to the method, the reporting and the hours, all of which are set out in the contract.

Liability

Our total liability under any contract is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
